On this episode of The Hype Is Right, Youtuber Samcrac, Sam from Polykup, Chris from Flyryde, and our very own Scott from Konig tell us whether or not they think that these electric/hybrid cars – the Acura NSX, Porsche Taycan, Tesla Model S, Mustang MachE, and BMW i8 – are “Under Hyped”, “Just Right”, or “Over-Hyped.”

SEMA 2013

Konig (American) had a great turnout at the 2013 SEMA Show. As always, unveiled some new products (which you can check out on our Facebook page…HINT HINT!), some really cool vehicle builds, and of course two hot models! We were extremely honored to have a new FR-S in our booth with one of only a few Rocket Bunny Version 2 kits on it. That FR-S was provided by Ian Yu of Intuned Onlineand rolled-in sporting the Konig SSM 18×10 all the way around! We also showed a FRESH and mint built Acura NSX on the show floor, which showed-off the all-new Konig Oversteer in Gloss Black – coming 2014 (again, check our FB page for that)! The NSX paired well with the Scion FR-S. Other vehicles included a new Jeep Wrangler, which was built by Projekt Cars and Southwestern University showing off our Mamba Offroad Wheel line. The new JK was all decked-out for off-road use with Mamba M13 Wheels. Race Ramps provided their 14 inch Race Rock, which supported one side of the Jeep, and gave it a nice off-road touch for the show floor. Big shout out to all the vendors and partners that made all of these builds possible. Bravado Wheels Featured a 2012 Cadillac CTS with Tributes in Matte Black. A brand-new Mercedes E-350 showed-off the all-new Advanti Racing Hybris (Gloss Black). The Hybris will be coming in 2014 make sure to check Advanti Racing USA’s FB page!
