The NASA Program: König has multiple levels of sponsorship to ensure that the appropriate parties get the correct amount of product to fit their needs. Please make sure you have read, and filled out all information prior to returning these forms. The understanding and acceptance of all requirements, responsibilities, and regulations are part of this program. Sponsorship with product deals is in exchange for your cooperation of conditions and representation of KÖNIG at events.

Important things to know:
1. König will respond to emails within 3 business days.
2. Wheels available in this program are shown below. ONLY the listed wheels, sizes, finishes, and offsets are available through this sponsorship program.
3. Pricing will be provided.
4. NO WHEELS ARE TO BE USED IN RETAIL SALE.
5. Wheels will not come with center caps.
6. Hub centric rings and lug nuts are not sold or provided by Konig. The use of hub-centric rings is strongly recommended. Aluminum hub centric rings can be found at store.konigwheels.com
7. You must be a NASA member with a valid NASA membership to be eligible for this program. (Memberships will be verified)
8. It is your responsibility to have Konig decals on your vehicle. If Konig isn’t able to supply decals then they will supply an EPS logo file that you can use to have decals made at your cost.

Sponsorship Requirements:
– (4) König decals must be placed on the vehicle no smaller then 2”x6” (it is suggested at 4 corners of vehicle in visible spot). Windshield Banners or other placements may be required in certain situations.
– High-resolution media must be supplied to Konig of the vehicle with the Konig product on it. 
– Email and mini recap (approx 50-100 words) after each event and include a few images which we can share / post / place on our website.
– Cooperation and representation of König at shows/events if asked by König (and is possible and/or reasonable from both parties and is acceptable to vehicle owner).

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions:

– It is understood and agreed that König has the right to publish, edit, and use all images, editorial, ads, and stories of the vehicle(s) and personalities connected to the team/company/vehicles being sponsored. Furthermore it is understood that the person submitting images or materials must own those items. It should also be understood that by submitting these images / materials to Konig the owner is there by transferring ownership and is declaring their full understanding that any use of the images / materials are completely allowed by Konig or any of their customers, partners, and subsidiaries.
– Images must be owned and all rights and ownership must transfer to Konig upon supplying these images. If any images submitted should be proven to be submitted without proper ownership, the person submitted will be held accountable as they have declared to Konig that all images submitted are owned by themselves and they were transferring that ownership to Konig upon submission. Full responsibility for any damage or costs that should arise will be of that of the party, which submitted.
– König reserves the right to use vehicle(s) at any shows during the year prior to any non-vehicle sponsor (Especially SEMA) with the understanding that it is acceptable with vehicle owner.
– König is by no means and under any circumstance is at fault or accountable for any misrepresentation, miscommunications, failure, damage, shipping errors, losses or anything else which is a result from this sponsorship/partner agreement, product, or use there of.
– In certain circumstances it may be asked by König that the vehicle or its parties act as a representative of the company for specific events (if acceptable by vehicle owner).
– Vehicle may not be sponsored by any other wheel company for the length of the sponsorship of your vehicle.
– It should be understood that the acceptance of this contract means that all terms, regulations, conditions, and etc are accepted by the party, their team, and or all individuals involved with this deal. Further more it is the responsibility of the owner/team leader and all of the team members to inform others of the responsibilities and the importance of representing König in a positive light that is connected with this sponsorship.
– If this contract is violated by the sponsored König reserves the right to collect the cost of all goods/products given plus the reimbursements of any additional costs and monies paid.
– All products and decals must remain on vehicle for entire race season.
– All wheels should be routinely inspected. Wheels as part of this program are intended for off-road use only. Konig does not supply warranty with any product supplied through the NASA sponsorship program.
– Relations with Participant: Participant is an independent contractor and nothing contained in this agreement or done pursuant to the Agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, agency or joint venture between or among König Wheels or any of their respective affiliates or agents, and Participant. Participant’s employees shall not be deemed to be employees or agents of König Wheels for any purpose whatsoever. Accordingly, participants are responsible for payment of all employment or sales taxes, benefits, insurance and the like for all work performed by its employees in connection with the performance of this agreement. If I breach any terms of this agreement, in addition to any other remedy König may charge me and I will promptly pay to König, the market price for any product(s) König has supplied to me under this agreement. This agreement shall be in effect from the date of execution hereof and shall remain in effect as long as I drive or own a König sponsored vehicle. This supersedes all prior agreements between parties.
– Indemnification/insurance: participant agrees to indemnify König Wheels, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all damages, costs, judgments, penalties and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements) which may arise as a result of the breach by Participant of this Agreement, the breach of any of the warranties and representations made herein, the breach of confidentiality pursuant, any action or failure to act by Participant in connection with this Agreement, or as a result of any representation, information or the Equipment supplied by participant to König Wheels in connection herewith. König Wheels agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Participant and its officers, directors, employees and affiliates from any and all damages, cost, judgments, penalties, and expenses of any kind including reasonable legal fees and expense) which may arise by a breach by König Wheels of this Agreement, a breach of any representation or warranties made herein, by any action or failure to act by König Wheels hereunder or in connection with any information or materials supplied by König Wheels hereunder and arising and/or relating to the implementation of the context (except those claims, if any, hat relate solely to the Equipment). This Section will survive the termination of this Agreement.
