Or what it has now become, an “unsanctioned” event that happens in Ocean City, MD every year. H2Oi, the show has moved on, specifically the venue, but the gathering in Ocean City still remained. After a crazy week last year, the local municipality and residents have taken action by passing new legislature that armed the police with the ability to “crackdown” on vehicles.
